The off-plan real estate market of Dubai

The real estate boom in Dubai is playing a contributing factor in revenue generating, and with the current pace of buying, the land for sale in Dubai is expected to go scarce in the near future. Currently due to the introduction of freehold status in the city, the investors from all over the world are flooding to Dubai in order to make real estate investment, the reason for this din is the high returns on the investment and the act of government to levies no tax. If you have made a decision to enter the Dubai arena then you must consult the legal authorities of the country to understand the legal matters and issues of setting up a new business. For big international companies there is one legal requirement for setting up their office in Dubai, the organization must give the 13% share of the company to any local partner, this law is known as LLC (Limited Liability Company). Here I would like to mention that both the partners can buy the shares of their company after the LLC agreement.

According to Dubai property agents, the off-plan real estate market of Dubai has been showing upward trend. And unlike in the past when the investors aim to gain significant quick high returns by flipping property process, that is quickly buying and selling of property, now they are returning to old school real estate business that is they are waiting for project completion where quality and giving keys is important. This is an amazing opportunity for the long term investors as the property prices are ever low and opportunity of making an excellent bargain is ever high, owners which are keeping their property have to pay development money to the developers.
